uWoW's Mists of Pandaria x10 Realm Opens October 16 — Raid Schedule, Staged Content, and What's Still Unannounced
A fresh Mists of Pandaria realm opens tonight: uWoW's MoP x10 goes live on October 16 at 19:00 Moscow time (16:00 UTC) — midnight Beijing time going into October 17 — on the 5.4.8 client. It is the latest move from the Russian network whose Legion realms we've tracked before, and one of the first serious high-rate Pandaria options of this cycle.
The essentials
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Client | 5.4.8 (final MoP patch) |
| Launch | October 16, 2026, 19:00 MSK / 16:00 UTC |
| Experience | x10 — experience only; loot, gold and other rates stay default |
| Level cap | 90 |
| Realm type | PvP (per the listing) |
| Account / launcher | uWoW account through ULauncher |
| Languages | Russian announcement and community; English supported |
| Population / shop | Not published; shop rules promised "before launch" |
The single most important line for high-rate veterans: x10 applies to experience only. This is not an instant-90 or a gear-farming realm — you level fast and then play a progression server underneath.
The stage schedule
Content opens in stages, and quests, world bosses and rewards track the current stage. The raid calendar as listed:
| Raid | Normal | Heroic |
|---|---|---|
| Mogu'shan Vaults | October 21 | October 28 |
| Heart of Fear | November 11 | November 18 |
| Terrace of Endless Spring | December 2 | December 9 |
Later stages (presumably Throne of Thunder and beyond) will be announced separately. In parallel, a starter competitive season runs from launch until December 2, after which the realm folds into uWoW's quarterly season rhythm — the same structure the network uses elsewhere, including on the Legion side we covered when its 7.2.0 Great Vault update shipped.
Before you install
Five things worth doing, given that everything here is secondhand:
- Confirm on the source. The listing below is a tracker's summary of a Russian-language announcement; uWoW says remaining realm settings and shop rules will be published before launch — check the official site and the realm's Discord for the final version rather than trusting any summary, including ours.
- Download through ULauncher, not random mirrors. The client runs through the network's own launcher; anything else circulating is the kind of download our client-checklist guide exists for.
- Read the shop when it appears. "Shop: Unknown" is the current state. For a high-rate realm, the shop contents land within days of launch and are the fastest way to judge the economy — our realm-evaluation guide treats it as a first-week signal.
- Watch the population claim window. No population data exists yet, and launch-week numbers for a Russian-network realm are best read alongside our guide to verifying population claims — tracker numbers for freshly opened servers are notoriously noisy.
- Know what "staged" means for your week. With Mogu'shan Vaults five days out, launch week is leveling and dungeons; anyone advertising heroic-tier gear on day one is selling something the schedule doesn't support.
The bigger picture
MoP is having a moment in the private-server scene — Whitemane is running a MoP beta realm of its own, and directory listings added the first dedicated MoP entries this month. A 5.4.8 client at x10 sits in a specific niche: faster than the progressive x1 realms, slower and more structured than the instant-max crowd, with the leveling speed of a high-rate server and the raid pacing of a progressive one. Whether the English-speaking side of the community adopts it will depend on what the promised pre-launch settings document actually says — and whether the shop stays out of the gearing path.
