UWoWSA Ships Legion 7.2.0 Today: Great Vault and Five Cross-Expansion Dungeons

The Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking Legion realm's dated October 10 update adds the Great Vault (choose 3 of up to 9 rewards) and five dungeons ported from other expansions. It is one of the few private-server dates this quarter that has held steady.

The private-server scene is full of dates that quietly move. UWoWSA's October 10 is, so far, not one of them. Today the Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking Legion realm ships its 7.2.0 update, headlined by a Great Vault and five dungeons imported from other expansions — and the date has survived every re-check since it was announced in September.

What ships in 7.2.0

Great Vault. A weekly goal system that unlocks reward options as you play:

Weekly goalUnlocks
Defeat 6 raid bossesRaid reward options
Complete 8 Mythic dungeonsMythic reward options
Complete 12 world questsAdditional reward options

Finish your goals and you choose 3 rewards from up to 9 options — a structure lifted almost verbatim from retail's Great Vault, ported onto a 7.3.5-mechanics Legion server.

Five adapted dungeons. Content from other expansions reworked for Legion tuning: Shadowmoon Burial Grounds (WoD), Freehold, Grimrail Depot, The Everbloom (MoP and WoD), and The Underrot (BfA). The official post promises new enemies, challenges and rewards rather than a straight port, though no boss-by-boss changelog has been published.

Why this one is worth watching

Three reasons, none of them sentimental.

The date held. UWoWSA announced 7.2.0 for October 10 on September 9. The independent tracker that covers dated private-server claims re-read the project's homepage and news post on October 5 and found them unchanged — no PTR notes, no delay, no acceleration. In a scene where most dated claims drift (this site has documented the pattern more than once), a claim surviving to its date is itself data. At publication time — early October 10 UTC — the update had not yet gone live in the server's timezone, so the final check is whether the content actually appears today as scheduled.

It is a coherent progression beat. UWoWSA opened as a progressive Legion realm in June 2026 after an open beta (the team self-reported a launch-weekend peak above 3,100 players), moved to Trial of Valor on July 10 and The Nighthold on July 24. A Vault-and-dungeons update in October slots neatly into that cadence and keeps the x5 XP realm's Mythic+ loop — one weekly affix, reduced enemy damage and health, per Private Server Hub's profile — from going stale between raid tiers.

It is a template import, not a novelty. The interesting design question for private servers right now is how much retail systems players will tolerate in a Classic-era client. UWoWSA is answering with retail's most beloved QoL feature: the Vault turns "run 8 Mythics, do 12 world quests" into an account ritual that retains players week over week. Whether an ES/PT community realm of this size (the directory estimates its population in the low hundreds) can sustain that loop is a small-scale test of a big assumption.

The fine print

Everything above comes from the project's own announcements and third-party directory listings — none of it is independently play-tested, and per the site's own framing the adapted dungeons' specifics ("new enemies, new challenges") have no published detail. The realm runs 7.3.5 class mechanics with x5 experience and x1 loot/professions/reputation, united factions, allied races including the Haranir, and an optional Hardcore mode. If you read Spanish or Portuguese, the project's site and Discord are the primary channels.

We will re-check whether 7.2.0 content actually went live today and note the result in a future roundup.

Written on the morning of October 10, 2026 UTC, before the update had gone live in the server's local timezone. Launch-day changes, delays or hotfixes are possible; verify current status on UWoWSA's own news page before planning around any of it.
